This is our specialty! At $125 - regardless if you bring it to the shop or if a mobile technician comes to you - this is the most affordable, reliable option in the Denver Metro Area. We are experts at removing viruses and malware and our techs have cleaned literally thousands of computers!
Our Service Center
Our service center is located near Downtown Littleton. We have workstations setup to work on eight systems st the same time so we can repair your computer in the shortest time possible. Our Senior Technician, Marc, has years of experience in computer repair and virus removal. If you have a hardware problem with a computer we stock a variety of components including memory, hard drives and laptop power adapters.
Mobile Support
We will solve your computer needs at your location (home or business) for $125. This gives you 90 minutes with a very well trained professional who can remove viruses, fix a majority of software/hardware problems, and even help you understand your system better. The only cost for an on-site call over the price at our service center is a $5.00 fuel charge for the trip.
Remote Support
PC Answers is proud to announce that they now are providing Remote Support with secure, fast and easy connections via GoToAssist®.
This allows our Technician to connect to your computer and take control of it. This also allows you to show the Technician the issue you're having, as demonstrating an issue is sometimes easier than explaining it.
As long as you have a broadband internet connection AND you can successfully connect to the internet, a PC Answers Remote Support session can be the easiest and most economical answer to your computer problems! Starting at just $ 49.95 for a 45 minute session we will remotely log in and quickly diagnose and repair your computer problems.
